Five helpbul tips to make your vacation run more smoothtly and much more fun

In light of the many things we see and encounter here at Wolf Creek Village 1 we thought it might be helpful to list five tips to help your vacation go a lot smoother from check in to check out.

1. If you decide to spend your vacation at our resort, or any resort for that matter, educate yourself beforehand. Visit websites, call with questions, check online reviews. Familiarize yourself as much as possible with check in procedures, resort policies, things that the resort does or does not provide, the amenities, and things to go see and do while you are there.

2. VERY IMPORTANT - Call and confirm your reservation at least one to two weeks ahead of your arrival date. This will give you time to fix any potential problems and verify that you actually do have a reservation. Lately, many of the exchange companies have been requiring vacationers to confirm their reservation prior to the check in date.

3. Read everything contained in your welcome packet. Most times this will provide you with all the information you need during your stay such as office hours, linen exchange procedures and such. Always feel free to call the office or pay us a visit with any questions or concerns you may have.

4. We recommend either driving your vehicle here or renting one. While Wolf Creek Village 1 isn't a remote location, getting around to either the ski resorts, hiking trails, Pineview reservoir, the grocery store, or any other place will mean that you have some very long walks ahead of you without a vehicle.

5. Late arrivals are okay. We expect this, as not everyone is able to make it to our resort by the 6pm closing time on Saturday. We do ask that you call ahead and let us know that you are going to be late so that we can give you instructions on how to check in after hours. If you do arrive after hours your welcome packet will be in the wooden box next to the office door.

We look forward to seeing you and hope that you have an enjoyable and memorable stay with us.
