Fishing??

For anyone who may like winter fishing but isn't so crazy about getting out on the ice now is a great time to do it and you can fish right from the shore at Pineview Reservoir. Do not venture out onto the ice as it is too thin and you may fall in.

You can fish for Black Crappie, Bluegill, Bullhead Catfish, Common Carp, Green Sunfish, Largemouth Bass, Rainbow Trout, Smallmouth Bass, and Yellow Perch. Tiger Muskie but they must be released immediately once caught.

Utah (and out of state) fishing licenses can be purchased at Valley Market or any other retailer out of the Ogden Valley that sells them. Applicable fees can be found by using this link http://wildlife.utah.gov/license-permit.html
