This week Wolf Creek has seen more snow than it has for many many years. So much in fact that it required a front end loader to clear out many of the parking lots around us. There is almost no place left to put the snow as evidenced by this picture below. This is between units 103 and 104.

Winter is beautiful in the Ogden Valley but can also be very unpredictable and bring many hazards along with it. Just this past week and a half the Ogden Valley experienced much larger storm that usual first bringing in a lot of snow then freezing temperatures then several days of nonstop snow that closed down the road going up to Powder Mountain Ski resort for several days. We wanted to share a few tips to make your Winter/Ski vacation more enjoyable and hopefully keep you and your family safe. If in question about possible weather conditions always check before leaving your condo. You can search for Powder Mountain Ski Area on weather.com or Eden UT. Nordic Valley ski resort is in Eden and Snowbasin ski resort is located in Huntsville.  Road conditions can be found at this website: Utah Commuterlink Under the heading "Canyons, Passes and Ski Areas outside the Salt Lake Area". Linen exchange

Image
Every Tuesday between 9am and 2pm you have the opportunity to exchange any towels and sheets for clean ones. Simply put the linen you want to exchange in the laundry basket found in your unit and leave it outside your door. We will not enter your unit to get the basket unless requested. The laundry basket can be found in the bedroom closets or the hallway closets depending on which unit you are staying in. If you are in the upper units please leave your basket where it can be seen from the bottom of the stairs. If you happen to leave it right outside your door there is a possibility it could be missed because we cannot see it. This is our view when checking to see if your linen basket has been left out.  If you cannot find the laundry basket in your unit or have any questions feel free to call the front office any time at 801-745-0222.

More snow in the forecast

We got about 6 inches of fresh powder down in the lower parts of the valley and about eight inches up on the mountains. More snow is forecast over the next several days.
