Fall Hiking

Ogden Valley, where Wolf Creek Village 1 is located, is well known for it's beautiful fall colors and picturesque hikes. Even though it can be a little chilly, this is a great time to take advantage of the many trails throughout Ogden Valley. Anyone who likes to take pictures will find an added bonus in the many, yellows oranges and reds that light up the trees this time of year.

Here are just a few of the many trails that you can take during your visit here:

North Fork Park - This park is at the far northern end of the Ogden Valley but well worth the drive. It boasts seven and a half miles of groomed trails and is even handicap accessible

Trails at Snowbasin - These trails are good for either hiking or biking but will give you some great views of the Ogden Valley.

Causey Reservoir Trails - There are several trails to choose from around Causey Reservoir ranging from difficult to moderate in hiking ability.

Bonnevile Shoreline Trail -  Bonneville Shoreline Trail on the East bench of Ogden is  just 5 miles down Ogden Canyon in Ogden and is an easy hike.

These are just a few places to go but if you would like a more detailed listing visit the website www.whattodoinogdenvalley.com and click on the button that says "trails" at the top.

We also have trail maps in the office if you should need them.

Happy Hiking!
